GOEVO PLATFORM USAGE POLICY<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>

 <\/span><\/p>

1. OBJECTIVE<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>

This Usage Policy establishes the rules, guidelines, and conditions for using the GOEVO Platform, provided under the Software as a Service (SaaS) model, with the goal of ensuring its proper, secure, lawful use, aligned with the purpose of the solution.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

 <\/span><\/p>

2. SCOPE<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>

This Policy applies to:<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

  • Clients who have contracted services from the GOEVO Platform;<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>
  • Users authorized by the CONTRACTING PARTY;<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>
  • Administrators, managers, and other individuals who use the Platform with valid credentials.<\/o:p><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

    Use of the Platform implies full acceptance of this Policy, as linked to the Software as a Service (SaaS) Agreement entered into between the Parties.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

     <\/span><\/p>

    3. PERMITTED USE OF THE PLATFORM<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>

    The GOEVO Platform may be used exclusively for:<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

    • Internal, legitimate activities related to the CONTRACTING PARTY's business;<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>
    • Purposes compatible with the scope, plan, metrics, and contracted conditions;<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>
    • Application of the Platform to the CLIENT's business processes and rules, within the agreed limits.<\/o:p><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

      The usage must respect:<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

      • The SaaS Contract;<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>
      • The Contract Terms (Order Form);<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>
      • The Terms of Service and Projects applicable to the GOEVO Platform, if any;<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>
      • This is a Usage Policy.<\/o:p><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

         <\/span><\/p>

        4. CONTRACTING PARTY'S RESPONSIBILITIES<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>

        The CONTRACTING PARTY is fully responsible for:<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

        • To ensure that its users utilize the Platform in accordance with this Policy;<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>
        • Define and manage profiles, access, and permissions;<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>
        • Maintain the confidentiality of access credentials;<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>
        • Ensure that the data entered is lawful, accurate, and belongs to you;<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>
        • Immediately notify GOEVO of any misuse, unauthorized access, or security incident.<\/o:p><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

          5. Prohibited Uses<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>

          The CONTRACTING PARTY and its users are expressly prohibited from:<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

          • Sharing access or allowing use by unauthorized third parties;<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>
          • Using the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes, or in violation of the rights of third parties;<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>
          • To reverse engineer, copy, modify, or attempt to access the source code;<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>
          • Introducing viruses, malicious scripts, or any element that compromises security;<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>
          • Using the Platform in a way that degrades its performance, availability, or integrity;<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>
          • Using the Platform for the development of a competing solution or unauthorized exploitation.<\/o:p><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

             <\/span><\/p>

            6. SECURITY AND ACCESS CONTROLS<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>

            GOEVO adopts reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect the Platform.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

            The CLIENT acknowledges that the security of the environment also depends on the correct management of users, passwords, and access under its responsibility.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

             <\/span><\/p>

            7. DATA AND CONTENT ENTERED<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>

            The data, information, and content entered into the Platform are the sole responsibility of the CONTRACTING PARTY.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

            The processing of personal data will comply with the provisions of the Personal Data Processing Agreement (DPA), in accordance with Law No. 13.709\/2018 (LGPD).<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

             <\/span><\/p>

            8. MEASURES IN CASE OF MISUSE<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>

            In the event of a violation of this Policy, GOEVO may, in a proportionate manner and according to the severity:<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

            • Notify the CONTRACTING PARTY for correction;<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>
            • Temporarily suspend access to the Platform;<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>
            • Block specific users;<\/o:p><\/span><\/li>
            • Terminate the contract, in accordance with the terms stipulated in the contract.<\/o:p><\/span><\/li><\/ul>

              Whenever possible, GOEVO will seek prior communication, without prejudice to immediate measures in critical situations.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

               <\/span><\/p>

              9. POLICY UPDATES<\/o:p><\/span><\/b><\/p>

              This Policy may be updated periodically to reflect improvements, operational adjustments, legal or regulatory requirements.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>

              Continued use of the Platform after the update implies agreement with the current version.<\/o:p><\/span><\/p>
