1. OBJECTIVE

This Usage Policy establishes the rules, guidelines, and conditions for using the GOEVO Platform, provided under the Software as a Service (SaaS) model, with the goal of ensuring its proper, secure, lawful use, aligned with the purpose of the solution.

2. SCOPE

This Policy applies to:

• Clients who have contracted services from the GOEVO Platform;
• Users authorized by the CONTRACTING PARTY;
• Administrators, managers, and other individuals who use the Platform with valid credentials.

Use of the Platform implies full acceptance of this Policy, as linked to the Software as a Service (SaaS) Agreement entered into between the Parties.

3. PERMITTED USE OF THE PLATFORM

The GOEVO Platform may be used exclusively for:

• Internal, legitimate activities related to the CONTRACTING PARTY's business;
• Purposes compatible with the scope, plan, metrics, and contracted conditions;
• Application of the Platform to the CLIENT's business processes and rules, within the agreed limits.

The usage must respect:

• The SaaS Contract;
• The Contract Terms (Order Form);
• The Terms of Service and Projects applicable to the GOEVO Platform, if any;
• This is a Usage Policy.

4. CONTRACTING PARTY'S RESPONSIBILITIES

The CONTRACTING PARTY is fully responsible for:

• To ensure that its users utilize the Platform in accordance with this Policy;
• Define and manage profiles, access, and permissions;
• Maintain the confidentiality of access credentials;
• Ensure that the data entered is lawful, accurate, and belongs to you;
• Immediately notify GOEVO of any misuse, unauthorized access, or security incident.

5. Prohibited Uses

The CONTRACTING PARTY and its users are expressly prohibited from:

• Sharing access or allowing use by unauthorized third parties;
• Using the Platform for illegal or fraudulent purposes, or in violation of the rights of third parties;
• To reverse engineer, copy, modify, or attempt to access the source code;
• Introducing viruses, malicious scripts, or any element that compromises security;
• Using the Platform in a way that degrades its performance, availability, or integrity;
• Using the Platform for the development of a competing solution or unauthorized exploitation.

6. SECURITY AND ACCESS CONTROLS

GOEVO adopts reasonable technical and administrative measures to protect the Platform.

The CLIENT acknowledges that the security of the environment also depends on the correct management of users, passwords, and access under its responsibility.

7. DATA AND CONTENT ENTERED

The data, information, and content entered into the Platform are the sole responsibility of the CONTRACTING PARTY.

The processing of personal data will comply with the provisions of the Personal Data Processing Agreement (DPA), in accordance with Law No. 13.709/2018 (LGPD).

8. MEASURES IN CASE OF MISUSE

In the event of a violation of this Policy, GOEVO may, in a proportionate manner and according to the severity:

• Notify the CONTRACTING PARTY for correction;
• Temporarily suspend access to the Platform;
• Block specific users;
• Terminate the contract, in accordance with the terms stipulated in the contract.

Whenever possible, GOEVO will seek prior communication, without prejudice to immediate measures in critical situations.

9. POLICY UPDATES

This Policy may be updated periodically to reflect improvements, operational adjustments, legal or regulatory requirements.

Continued use of the Platform after the update implies agreement with the current version.
